Game Development Outsourcing and Co-Development

Mindshare Solution provides game development outsourcing and co-development, taking games from early prototype to playable build or supplying game art alongside your team. It is for publishers, independent teams and businesses building games in Unity or Unreal Engine, whether you need a whole game or specialists inside your own team.

At a glance

  • Deliverables: Prototypes, mechanics, levels and playable builds, plus game art.
  • Tools and engines: Unity and Unreal Engine; Blender, 3ds Max, ZBrush, Substance 3D.
  • Who it is for: Publishers, independent teams and businesses building games.
  • How we work: Project-based, flexible support or a managed pod for co-development.
  • Related work: Team-member contributions to Cardano Island (Virtua).

Because art and engineering happen in the same studio, gameplay, assets and performance are planned together. That reduces the back-and-forth that often happens when art and code come from different vendors.

Prototypes that answer questions

A prototype should prove the fun, or expose the risk, as early as possible. We build focused prototypes around your core mechanic, so you can play it, test it with people and decide what to build next before investing in full production.

Game art outsourcing for your team

If your studio already has developers, we can focus on art. We supply 3D models, rigs and animation, VFX and concept art to your specifications, delivered in batches that fit your sprint or milestone plan. Our artists can work under your art director, or as a managed team that handles reviews and delivery for a whole workstream.

Engines and platforms

We develop in Unity and Unreal Engine, and use Blender, 3ds Max, ZBrush and Adobe Substance 3D for 3D content creation. The engine, target platforms and performance goals are agreed at the start, and we playtest and refine performance against those goals as the build grows.

If you already have a codebase, we review it first and agree with you which parts to extend and which to leave alone.
