Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the MindShare Solution website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Services
MindShare Solution provides digital services including web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, ecommerce solutions, QA testing, game development, blockchain development, and AI integration. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project will be outlined in a separate project agreement or proposal.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. MindShare Solution retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. All pre-existing tools, frameworks, and proprietary methodologies used by MindShare Solution remain our intellectual property.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in individual project proposals or agreements. Generally, projects require an upfront deposit before work begins, with remaining payments tied to project milestones. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a project. This obligation extends beyond the completion of the project. Neither party shall disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
MindShare Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for any third-party services, tools, or platforms integrated as part of a project.
Project Modifications
Changes to project scope after agreement may affect timelines and costs. All modifications must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. MindShare Solution will provide revised estimates for any significant scope changes before proceeding.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Any materials or deliverables completed will be transferred to the client upon receipt of outstanding payments.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through mutual negotiation, and if necessary, through the appropriate courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
