A Web3 land-sale portal for Cardano Island, the first crypto island on Virtua Prime, where the Cardano community buys NFT land deeds, manages plots, and explores a master-planned metaverse community.
Overview
Cardano Island is the first crypto island on Virtua Prime and the home of the Cardano community in the metaverse. We delivered the land-sale web portal that powers its economy: buyers can purchase from 12,999 available plots as NFT LAND deeds, connect their wallets, view and manage the plots they own, and browse Cardano Condos and land resources. The island is organized into themed zones and districts, the Virtua Hub, Cardano HQ, and an Academy for community meetups, with the portal acting as the gateway between the blockchain assets and the immersive 3D metaverse experience. This project was designed and delivered individually by Muhammad Huzaifa, Mindshare's Head of Game, whose work we're proud to showcase as part of our team's portfolio.
The Challenge
The project sat at the intersection of blockchain, NFTs, and a large-scale metaverse. The portal had to handle real on-chain assets, wallet connection, NFT LAND deed ownership, and a 12,999-plot inventory, while presenting a complex crypto product in a way that both seasoned Cardano holders and newcomers could navigate with confidence, all under a polished, immersive brand.
Our Solution
We built a responsive Web3 front end that integrates wallet connectivity and reads NFT ownership on the Cardano blockchain, letting users purchase plots, view "My Plots," and link out to secondary marketplaces like JPG Store. The interface presents the master-planned community, zones, condos, and land resources, through rich, immersive visuals, with clear calls-to-action that guide members from browsing to acquiring land and downloading the metaverse experience.
