Interactive 3D virtual tours for a luxury residential development, letting buyers walk through Studio, Single Bed, Double Bed, and Penthouse units right in the browser, no app or download required.
Overview
Elite Residence is a premium residential project that needed an immersive way to showcase its apartments to prospective buyers online. We produced a suite of real-time 3D walkthroughs for every unit type, Studio (407 sq ft), Single Bed (585, 625 & 660 sq ft), Double Bed (975 sq ft), and an upcoming Penthouse, and delivered them as a single, elegant gallery. Visitors pick a unit and instantly explore a fully interactive 3D space directly in their browser, on desktop or mobile, giving them a true feel for the layout and scale before ever visiting the site.
The Challenge
Real-estate 3D experiences are traditionally heavy, desktop-only, and require dedicated apps or plugins. Elite Residence needed these walkthroughs to run instantly in any browser, load reliably despite large 3D assets, sit under their own branded domain, and be presented through a polished, on-brand gallery that non-technical buyers could navigate effortlessly.
Our Solution
We exported the interactive walkthroughs from Unity to WebGL/WebAssembly so they run natively in the browser with no installs. A custom, fully responsive landing page, built in the client's gold brand palette, presents all unit types as a clean gallery that fits a single screen. Everything is deployed on Vercel's global CDN with automatic HTTPS, long-term asset caching, correct WebAssembly delivery, and a custom subdomain, ensuring fast, secure, worldwide access.
