Overview
SlotNMeet is Mindshare's own SaaS product, an all-in-one scheduling, booking, and payments platform for modern teams and independent professionals. Users create event types, set their availability and booking rules, and share a personal link so guests can pick a time that works for both sides. Every booking syncs to the calendar with automated email confirmations, and paid consultations are handled end to end with Stripe, including cancellation policies and automatic refunds. We designed, built, and launched the entire product, from the marketing site to the booking engine and billing.
The Challenge
Building a scheduling SaaS means competing with established players while getting the hard parts right: reliable availability logic across time zones, a frictionless booking flow, calendar sync, and secure payments. As our own product, it also had to be fast, polished, and self-serve from the first click, with a free tier that turns visitors into active users.
Our Solution
We built SlotNMeet as a modern web app on Next.js and React, deployed on Vercel for global performance. The platform pairs smart availability and event-type management with Stripe-powered paid bookings, calendar synchronization, and automated email confirmations. A clean, conversion-focused marketing site and a no-credit-card free tier lower the barrier to entry, while the self-serve dashboard lets professionals run their entire booking workflow in one place.
